Role & responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform including Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven Apps, Portals), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration, including Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, and Web APIs.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Dynamics 365/CRM implementations, contributing across all project phases such as planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external applications and handling data migration activities, including data analysis, mapping, and harmonization using both out-of-the-box (OOB) tools and custom solutions.
- Strong technical background in C#, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, and AngularJS, with experience working in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments.
- Experience designing and implementing reporting solutions using SSRS, with working knowledge of Power BI for analytics and visualization.
- Technical expertise in setting up and managing DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms using standard DevOps tools, particularly for Dynamics 365 CE deployments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and support development through construction and deployment phases.
- Understanding of industry-standard business processes supported by Dynamics 365 CE and the ability to align solutions accordingly.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including leading technical discussions and building proof of concepts (POCs) and niche solutions for client engagements.
- Advocate best practices and standard methodologies to design scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with the product roadmap, ensuring supported and upgrade-friendly customizations.
Candidate requirements:
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization, including Plugins, Workflows, and Ribbon Workbench.
- Hands-on expertise in Power Platform, particularly Canvas Apps and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript for developing and extending Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Experience in data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Knowledge of Azure Security Groups and access management.
- Experience in building Console Applications for integrations or automation tasks.
- Hands-on development of Custom PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Controls.
- Working knowledge of React for building modern UI components.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Function Apps, App Services, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Azure Data Lake.
