Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Overseeing all phases of construction from inception to completion, ensuring timely projects completion within budget.
- Supervision: Managing on-site construction teams and subcontractors, coordinating activities, and ensuring that work conforms to project plans and specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety orientations, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure the project meets high standards and addressing any issues that arise.
- Communication: Maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders, engineers, and contractors to keep the project aligned with its goals.
- Documentation: Keeping detailed and accurate site reports, timesheets, and progress reports.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving on-site issues in real-time to keep the project on track.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required.
- Extensive experience in the construction industry, including previous roles such as a craftsman or a construction manager.
- Professional certifications, such as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Specific working conditions:
- Rotation offshore: 28/28
- Transportation costs paid from home location to work location
