Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
• Drive lead generation campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and conversion optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools
• Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimization for improved campaign effectiveness
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams and external stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, analytics, and budget management
• Proven experience in lead generation and ROI-focused marketing campaigns
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and market trends
• Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage
