Responsibilities:

• Manage all paid traffic channels at all stages of the funnel, plan budgets;
• Prepare reports and analyze the effectiveness of advertising in Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika and end-to-end analytics systems;
• Engage contractors and coordinate their work on targeting and contextual advertising, achieve KPIs / increase advertising ROI;
• Optimize and analyze campaign results to meet performance, revenue and budget targets.
• Analyze and test audiences, promotion channels and platforms
• Perform competitive analysis, including monitoring competitor activity.
• Develop, implement and test new user engagement initiatives across various channels.
• Search for new tools and channels, new processes and ways of working in performance marketing.

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in marketing or communications;
• English - Upper-Intermediate;
• At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably fashion, beauty, sport;
• You have run ads in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Yandex Direct and know how their algorithms work;
• Have made media plans and coordinated the budget;
• Work with web analytics, creating and analyzing reports;
• Understand all the basic tools of modern marketing and see the entire funnel: targeting, context, remarketing, SEO, UTM, goals, mailings, etc;
• Proactive, make your own decisions and set goals based on your goals. Think in metrics and measure achievement in numbers.
