The Role

Project Energy Manager

The person, who will report hierarchically to the COO and will support the Mill Energy Managers in the activities, be responsible for:

• Giving technical support to Energy Manager in periodic energy review and in drafting/preparing e-efficiency projects and applications to be sent to public agency;
• Management of e-saving projects on non-paper equipment (such as compressed air, vacuum systems, lighting, power and steam generators, heat pumps, heat recovery);
• Provide support to the QSAH department on technical issues related to the ISO 50.001 system;
• Perform e-save analysis of new plants/equipment directly related to paper production;
• Studies for renewable energies application and equipment life-cycle review;
• Perform business plan writing for e-saving projects.

Personal Attributes

• Degree in Engineering (preferably in management engineering, energetic or mechanical engineering);
• Ideally 5 years of experience in the role at the international level and within complex industrial projects management;
• Experience within services firm or Energy Service Company (E.S.CO.);
• Full availability to travel for most of the working time;
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
• Good knowledge of the Office Package;
• Proactivity and resourcefulness.
