Project Engineer – Safety System (Navi Mumbai)

We are looking for a Project Engineer to work on safety automation systems for maritime and offshore projects. The role involves engineering, configuration, testing, and commissioning of ICSS-based applications including Fire & Gas (F&G), Emergency Shutdown (ESD), and Process Shutdown (PSD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure safety systems (SW/HW), HMI, and ICSS products (AIM, K-Chief, K-Safe)
• Prepare technical documents (system layouts, wiring diagrams, KFDD, I/O database, test procedures)
• Perform FAT, SAT, IAT, and support field commissioning & sea trials
• Ensure timely project delivery with quality compliance
• Support project meetings, reporting, and coordination with internal teams & customers
• Assist sales team with technical inputs and handle pre/post project activities

Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics
• 3–5 years of experience in SIS/ICSS (F&G, ESD, PSD systems)
• Hands-on field commissioning experience
• Knowledge of DCS and industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus)
• Experience in offshore/maritime (LNGC, FPSO, FSRU, etc.) preferred
• Exposure to ERP tools (Dynamics AX preferred)
