Job Description

Should have 3 -10 years of experience in QA
Excellent Communication skills
Device testing is mandatory & OTT Testing.
Able to work independently without much supervision
Great problem solving and analytical skills
Experience as a QA liaison to various scrum teams
Should be ready to work in shift timings Likely 2 to 11PM IST and to have overlap hours with onsite team on demand basis
Experience in preparing estimation test plan test strategy and preparing test summary reports
Should have good exp of attending defect triage meetings and conversing all open defects from QA team
Exposure to Agile Management tools and defect management tools such as Jira HP ALM QTest
Lead should be able to manage 10 member team across different locations
Should have good exp in assigning tasks to team members and preparing daily status reports
Collaborates with other QA resource to exchange ideas and findings and understand feature implementation in order to define test cases and provide details about bugs discovered during testing
Lead should Call out risks and Challenges on time to all stakeholders
Lead test design and execution of planned test cases ensuring all the test results are correctly updated in test execution tools
Review requirements specifications and design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
