Responsibilities & Key Deliverables : Supplier Quality (SQA) & New Product Development:- Responsible for Supplier Audit as Per QMS Schedule Responsible for Handling New Product Development activity. Responsible for Supplier APQP Audit During NPD Time and periodic Performance. Incoming Quality & Improvement Supplier Parts Rejection Analysis, PPAP Verification. In-Process Quality :- Responsible For Daily Line Quality related Problems. Verification of Line Set-up. Responsible for Process & Product Audit. Responsible for In process Rejection PPM Take Corrective action on Monthly Rejection PPM. Customer Complaint Handling:- Responsible For Customer Quality Problem. Responsible for Quality Problems Corrective action and report submission to Customer. Achieve Customer Specification Requirements. Make PPAP Documents and Submit to Customer. Quality Management System (QMS):- Should have played the role of MR. Responsible for MRM Activity. Responsible for Internal Audit Activity. Follow & lead IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & OSHAS requirements and other global customer standards like Q1 etc. Should have good knowledge on problem solving techniques like 6 sigma, RedX or similar techniques. Should have handled customers directly Knowledge of regulatory requirement related to Health, Safety and Environmental Knowledge about Brazing process is preferred Over All Responsibilities:- Responsible for Quality Dep’t Performance and represent to Top Management On Monthly Basis. Lead and develop a team of quality engineers, inspectors, auditors. Develop and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders Responsible for Quality Dep’t Objectives. Internal/Lead Auditors. Achieve Organizational Objectives. Job Requirements Experience : • At least 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations. • Candidates experience as tier 1 with MNC OEM like Ford, GM, Japanese OEMs is must Industry Preferred : Automotive/ Manufacturing Qualification : Essential • B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile) Desirable • Masters – Operations / Engineering Age : Below 40 Years Salary: Negotiable Personality Traits Competencies : • Well versed in people management and motivation, with knowledge in handling unionized environments. • Knowledge of mechanical/chemical operating plants. • Planning, Decision Making and Business Acumen skills are must.
