For this role, our client is prioritizing candidates with experience with data centers cooling, precision
cooling or CRAC units.

• Willingness to travel – 50% minimum (sometimes it could be 70-80%). Targeted region is Europe, very
rarely and randomly might be an occasional travel to Asia.
• General setup: 2 days in office, 3 days home office.
• Relocation package offered to the candidate, dependent on personal situation/mobility package/work
permit/residential permit.
• 3 months trial period, followed by an indefinite period, with contract details open for discussion.

Objective & Mission:

The Regional Cooling Service Representative is responsible for providing professional
services related to client's cooling products globally. The primary mission includes technical site
analysis, issue resolution, and on-site service activities for client's Cooling Equipment & Systems,
with a focus on data center cooling solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform startup and commissioning on the entire range of cooling products.
• Conduct planned and preventive maintenance as well as unscheduled service interventions.
• Evaluate unit installations, including the quality of pipes for CRAC and hydraulic circuits for chillers.
• Assess system installations and operational conditions.
• Adjust units on-site to optimize running conditions.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for cooling systems.
• Identify the root cause of failures related to quality, software, or operational issues (Root Cause
Analysis).
• Collaborate with other client's service engineers and partners during site interventions.
• Properly document, label, and return defective parts used in equipment repairs to designated
locations.
• Train customers on the basic operations of the equipment.

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of HVAC principles, with a specific focus on cooling and basic knowledge of
electricity.
• Ability to work independently with general guidance and comply with safety policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical instructions.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel internationally for at least 80% of the working time.
• Fluent communication in English (B2 level minimum).
• University education in Electrotechnical or Mechanical disciplines (University degree).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissioning or field service repair with HVAC or cooling
equipment.
• Confirmed experience with Cooling Equipment & Solutions, specifically air cooling, air- or watercooled chillers.
• Experience in critical HVAC, generators, and fire detection/suppression.
• Software tools literacy: MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD.
