Responsibilities include liaising with all areas of the business to complete the company's wide FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis; planning and budgeting, integrated financial planning, management and performance reporting, and forecasting and modeling) across the intended region/cluster.

Qualifications:

Must have:

• B.S. Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 10 -12 years of Budgeting & Planning experience.
• Knowledge of regional operating model.
• Ability to influence others without authority.
• Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple and frequently changing priorities with strict deadlines. 
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with distributors model.

Preferable:

• Pharmaceutical Industry, Medical Devices or FMCG Experience.
• MBA or CPA.
