???? About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales operations across Karnataka. This role involves managing key trade and corporate accounts, leading high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth across a diverse surgical product portfolio.
???? Key Responsibilities
???? Sales & Business Growth
- Manage and expand trade and corporate accounts across the region
- Drive sales of Sutures, Staplers, Energy, and Hernia product lines
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
???? Key Account Management
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams
- Strengthen partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders
???? Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis, pricing reviews, and market trend assessments
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies
???? Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and regulatory teams
- Align sales strategies with overall business objectives
???? Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of managers and frontline sales executives
- Drive performance, engagement, and capability development
???? Planning & Forecasting
- Manage regional budgets and deliver accurate sales forecasts
- Ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets
???? Qualifications & Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in Medical Devices (Surgical Consumables)
- Strong exposure to the Karnataka market
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience
- Proven success in trade & corporate healthcare sales
- Experience with Sutures, Staplers, Energy & Hernia products (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
