Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Identification
- Ensure all sourcing efforts follow Antal’s structured methodology to maintain consistency and quality across the team.
- Guide team members through the market mapping process for every role to define the relevant talent pool.
- Support consultants in forecasting candidate volume per assignment based on role, industry, and geography.
- Review and validate sourcing strategies defined during team strategy meetings.
- Reinforce the use of the Connect & Conquer model for proactive candidate engagement.
- Personally manage sourcing and delivery for selected roles.
- Candidate Profiling & Experience
- Conduct Competency-Based Interviews (CBI) and final screening validation.
- Ensure team profiling is structured, professional, and aligned with client expectations.
- Coach the team on delivering strong candidate experience and communication standards.
- Client Experience
- Oversee the client communication process, ensuring timely updates and transparency from the team.
- Step into client meetings as needed to represent the team and validate delivery standards.
- Ensure that the client experience is professional, outcome-driven, and aligned with Antal values.
- Act as the Account Manager (either directly or via delegation in alignment with the TA Director)
- Team Management & Coaching
- Coach and develop the consultants through regular feedback, 1:1s, and learning opportunities.
- Lead the monthly performance reviews and guide consultants in achieving their quarterly targets.
- Own the mid-year and annual performance appraisal cycle for the team.
- Ensure team accountability through outcome-based tracking and delivery focus.
- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and growth within the team.
- Support onboarding of new team members and embed TA methodology from day one.
- Assign projects to team members aiming at empowering and developing them in full alignment with the TA Director
- Performance & Target Ownership
- Own the outcomes of the team’s delivery and ensure each consultant hits their revenue and delivery targets.
- Monitor KPIs daily/weekly and provide performance coaching where needed.
- Prepare and present team performance reviews and monthly T&A updates.
- Identify performance gaps early and take corrective action through coaching or process improvement. (including 1 on 1s and PIPs as and whenever needed)
- Lead by example through your own delivery and sourcing contribution.
- Process Compliance
- Ensure full CRM usage, template application, and report consistency from the team.
- Follow and enforce all SLA-related activities.
- Maintain operational clarity through daily stand-ups and progress follow-ups.
- Connect & Conquer Project
- Promote and lead the Connect & Conquer initiative within the team. Ensure each consultant is contributing to talent pipelining and strategic market engagement as part of their weekly routines. Actively participate by maintaining relationships and building pipelines in your own market focus.
- Employer Branding
- Contribute to strengthening the Antal brand and client employer brands through proactive visibility and engagement.
- Support job postings, LinkedIn activity, and HR community participation to promote opportunities and elevate brand positioning.
- Act as a brand ambassador in every interaction with candidates and clients.
- Consulting Projects
- May contribute to additional consultancy assignments such as salary surveys, market mapping, organizational restructuring as required.
- Duties may be subject to change and employees may be required to perform other tasks as reasonably requested by management

Qualifications, Skills & Behaviors
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of managing both delivery and people effectively in a recruitment or agency setup.
- Strong coaching mindset with demonstrated experience in mentoring or developing others.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, capable of managing both people and own delivery roles.
- Business-outcome driven with the ability to own team KPIs, appraisals, and performance tracking.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ownership for end results.
- Comfortable conducting reviews, calibrations, and team target analysis (T&A).
- Growth mindset and high emotional intelligence to lead change and culture development.
