Overview
An international bank is looking to hire a Relationship Manager to drive business growth within the mining and natural resources sector.
The role will focus on developing client relationships, originating new business opportunities and delivering tailored financial solutions across corporate banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with mining and natural resources clients.
- Identify and originate new business opportunities across lending, trade finance and treasury solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through both assets and liabilities generation.
- Work closely with internal teams to structure and execute transactions.
- Support credit analysis and ensure proper documentation of facilities.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities within the sector.
- Maintain strong client engagement through regular interaction and networking.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5–7 years’ experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of mining or natural resources sector.
- Proven business development and client management track record.
- Experience in credit analysis and deal structuring.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Desirable
- Experience covering cross-border clients
- Understanding of trade finance and treasury products
