Job title: Dual Sales & Lettings Negotiator

My client are looking for driven and tenacious experienced Negotiators to join our busy East London offices based in Canary Wharf and Bow!

They are searching for a motivated, professional Estate Agent with a proven history in the industry. The ideal candidate will be consistent, personable, and money orientated! This exciting position requires proactive professionalism as you will often be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers. Therefore, excellent communication skills are a prerequisite. Conversations, negotiations, and first-class customer service are delivered in person, by phone and by email. This rewarding and incentivised role requires hard work and tenacity. Ongoing training and opportunities to progress marry excellent earning potential overall. You will possess at least one year of experience as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator and seek a new challenge.

Main duties;

• Register, qualify and manage applicants in accordance with company set procedures. ·
• Work pro-actively to ensure all properties are exposed to the maximum number of applicants. ·
• Arrange, conduct and accompany viewing appointments. ·
• Negotiate offers and agree sale/let on properties to the performance standards and targets. ·
• To deliver canvassing material to the local area in accordance with instructions from Line Manager. ·
• To deliver a consistently high level of customer service. ·
• Promoting the company brand professionally and effectively ·
• Working autonomously and as part of a team.

Package;

Basic Salary £20,000 - £22,000 ·Car Allowance (must have own Car), Pension ·Exceptional earning potential (uncapped personal commission) ·

Hours; Monday to Friday 9am - 6:30pm, Saturday's 10am - 4pm
