Responsbilties include but not limited to:
Achieving Sales Target, Superior Customer Experience, Grow the Market Share
Sales Ownership
- Order Intake responsibility for the Region Customer Ownership
- Visit customers, Identify and Respond to their needs Responsible for superior customer experience
Generate sales leads, assess customer requirement, contract negotiation and sales closure Customer First Point of Contact Support Business Partners in coordination with concerned partner manger
Responsible for Account Receivable Execute sales strategy across the Region (e.g. sales planning, sales funnel, order intake monthly expectations, customer visit reports, quote follow-up)
Identify new customers/ prospects/ suspects Customer, Market and Competitor intelligence
Pricing strategy implementation across the Region Close Cooperation with Key Stake Holders Active on Digital Platform
Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way
Responsible for quarterly sales forecasts on Order Intake for the Region Corporate governance.
Secure full compliance with Group and local Policies Secure that all contractual commitments prior to finalization are in accordance to group policies, review and approve in accordance to defined authorization procedures and routines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Background inOil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer , Oil Refinery, Inorganic Chemical , or Steel Industries
- Understanding of Separation (Separator, Decanter), Heat Transfer Equipments
- Customer focus, Strong business acumen, Securing Quality to serve customers, Planning, Networking & Influencing, Result Driven
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, High level of integrity,
- Customer Ownership Be able to analyze data. Relay on data to plan sales activities and efforts.
