Job Role: Sales Executive
Location: Surat (Gujarat)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for promotion and direct sales of KN Products in allocated area to existing and new customers to meet individual/team targets and organization's business objectives.
- Initiating contact with potential customers for generating enquiries, creating awareness about product features/applications, and developing sales. Customer Relationship Management.
- Promotion of new concepts of technology/new products introduced by the division.
- Developing strategic technical sales tools/arguments for different products.
- Lost order analysis.
- Forecasting and budgeting of sales for responsible areas/customers.
- Resolution of customer complaints.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Educational:
- Diploma/Degree in Textiles.
Technical:
- Good knowledge in Textiles.
- Circular knitting technology (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Good communication skills (written as well as verbal English).
Practical Training:
- Experience in the Knitting Industry (preferred).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, WHICH MIGHT HELP IN SELECTING SUITABLE CANDIDATE:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of textile machinery spares or experience in knitted fabric/garment field.
TRAINING REQUIRED BEFORE STARTING IN THE FUNCTION
- Normal induction training in Sales and Technical department at RO-West/South office to know the processes & systems.
