Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to support the growth of operations in Ukraine. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, managing rental agreements, and contributing to the expansion and diversification of the equipment fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
- Promote and sell construction machinery rental solutions
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage rental contracts in line with company policies
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for fleet expansion and optimization
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service standards
- Represent the company within the assigned territory and enhance market presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitor activity
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or business development within construction, heavy equipment, machinery rental, mining, or oil & gas industries
- Prior experience in construction equipment rental is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of construction equipment and market dynamics
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Experience with CRM systems and contract management
- Proactive, organized, and self-motivated
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (B2 level or above)
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
