Requirements for a candidate

Bachelor's/Master's/Specialist Degree in Food Technology

At least 3 years of experience in the food industry (production / sales) is desirable

Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food development

Excellent communication and analytical skills, high level organization, reliability

Good negotiation skills, positive thinking

Fluent spoken and good written English (Intermediate level)

Willing to work irregular hours, business trips

Accommodation in Almaty

Category B driving license

Sales Technologist Responsibilities:

Analysis of the market and product lines of manufacturers/suppliers to find new potential business

Building strong business relationships with food manufacturers

Development of a sales strategy for specific ingredients (business development)

Visiting clients in Kazakhstan, analyzing the needs of food manufacturers, creating an ingredient value proposition for food technology

Technological advice on the use of food ingredients and development of recipes in accordance with the technical and individual requirements of the client

Participation in production trials at the customer's / development of recipes in the test kitchen

Creation of commercial offers / development of projects and control of payments for goods and services

Coordination of the sales strategy in the direction of food ingredients of suppliers with the Heads of departments (Springboard manager) and the Director of the representative office.
