Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Translate business goals into HR priorities and deliver scalable people solutions. • Lead workforce planning, org design discussions, job architecture, and succession planning. • Actively participate in recruitment process to ensure high-quality and timely hiring. • Develop and execute engagement programs to strengthen a high-performance, value-driven culture. • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling with fairness and empathy. • Drive HR analytics and dashboards to enable data-based decision-making. • Support policy design, process improvement, and HR governance initiatives.
Ideal Profile: • Over 10 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience, ideally in FMCG / Beauty & Personal Care / Consumer Goods / Startup environments. • MBA in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes preferred. • Strong business understanding with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and people-sensitivity. • Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics and dashboards. • Highly agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. • Prior experience in leading teams preferred.
