My client is a leading healthcare technology company headquartered in the US. They are running a plethora of hospitals and clinics offering a wide range of healthcare services and social services in the United States.

Competencies and Responsibilities:

• Should have 5 to 8 in the IT industry with a majority of experience pertaining to ITIL.

• Strong exposure in Server and Data Center Administration.

• Expertise working using Monitoring tools like SCOM, App Insights and/or other monitoring tools. 

• Experience in dealing UPS related incidents.

• Experience working using any Ticketing tool.

• Working knowledge on Agile is Mandatory.
