Overview

An international bank is seeking a Senior Officer to support the execution of corporate lending and trade finance transactions.

The role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely delivery of transactions, working closely with internal teams to maintain strong controls and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute corporate lending and trade finance transactions, including complex and structured deals.
• Validate credit approvals, documentation and disbursement requirements.
• Coordinate with legal teams on facility and security documentation.
• Liaise with operations and credit teams for loan booking and disbursement.
• Support trade finance execution including letters of credit and guarantees.
• Maintain transaction trackers, reporting and documentation records.
• Identify and escalate execution risks or delays.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience in corporate banking operations, credit administration or trade finance.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and execution processes.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.

Desirable

• Experience with syndicated transactions
• Exposure to cross-border banking operations
