Role Overview:
This is a dual-function role combining business development and project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition across enterprise and government sectors while managing the full deployment of programs post-sale.
The role requires a strong client-facing professional who is comfortable working remotely while engaging senior stakeholders across the GCC and managing complex, multi-stakeholder project timelines. It offers high ownership and strong growth potential into leadership as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Dealflow:
• Identify and develop relationships with enterprise and government clients across KSA and the GCC
• Support pipeline progression from initial outreach through to signed agreements
• Prepare tailored presentations, proposals, and client materials for HR and C-suite stakeholders
• Assess client needs and position solutions strategically
• Represent the organization in virtual and in-person industry events when required- Project Delivery & Client Success:
• Manage end-to-end program deployment from onboarding to steady-state operations
• Develop project plans, timelines, and accountability frameworks
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-signature
• Prepare progress reports, impact summaries, and ROI documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery- Market Intelligence & Internal Collaboration:
• Provide market insights to support product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
• Translate client feedback into actionable internal recommendations
• Support development of scalable delivery frameworks and SOPsRequirement:
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business development, client delivery, or a combination
• Strong experience preparing client-facing materials (presentations, proposals, reports)
• Understanding of employee wellbeing, HR services, or related sectors
• Experience working with clients in KSA or the wider GCC
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English required; Arabic preferredPersonal Attributes:
