Senior Recruiter in Iasi – on site.

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse set of clients from UK and European companies.

• Responsibilities:
  Advising, guiding, supporting and improving our end-to-end recruitment process for our clients to ensure you find the right candidates and drive efficiencies in our recruitment process;
• Managing the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
• Working closely and effective with the Head of TA within the entire recruiting process, highlighting main status, issues, solutions or any other topic in the day to day business;
• Active involvement within the local and global meetings, in alignment of the Head of TA;
• Using efficiency and accountability working with all the recruiting tools within the company (specific software, forms, reports);
• Delivering accurate and timely data within standard or/and ad-hoc reports;

• Working with our clients to create and structure ‘role profiles/job descriptions’ for new hiring opportunities, aligned with best industry practice - helping us and them to capture the attention of top-tier-talent;
• Managing our holistic hiring pipeline, from launching ads to initial interview screenings, scheduling with clients, and communicating with candidates;
• Reporting on recruitment progress and milestones at regular intervals, increasing transparency into your efforts, successes, and reflections so that we are constantly streamlining our effectiveness;
• Building effective relationships with external stakeholders.

Skils / Experience:

• Higher education;
• Experience in a similar business model, filling a wide range of roles – experience in hiring technology roles is not a must but constitutes an advantage;
• Proven ability to find, engage and attract white collar talent across industries and seniority levels;
• Strong time and priority management skills – as you are going to juggle with several different roles at the same time;
• Strong influence and outreach abilities;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Romanian and English;
• Ability to quickly learn about new markets and adopt new search methods and technologies.

• 09:00 – 18:00 (Professional hours as needed)
• Hybrid working arrangement – 4 office days per week – Mon-Thu
