This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own the entire retention engine—from lifecycle journeys and segmentation to experimentation and omnichannel engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving end-to-end CRM strategy & platform ownership (MoEngage, WebEngage or similar)
- Designing customer lifecycle journeys (onboarding, engagement, win-back, churn control)
- Leading cohort analysis & segmentation to unlock growth
- Running A/B experiments with strong analytical rigor
- Building omnichannel experiences connecting online + offline customer journeys
