Job Description

You will be a good match if you:

• Have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in User Experience Design and development. 
• Have a proven track record of designing and shipping successful product experiences and a well-rounded user-centric design portfolio for various devices.
• Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset that focuses on getting the context, goals, and desired outcomes before diving into possible solutions, and the ability to explore and validate them with a pen or rapid prototypes.
• Act conceptually strategically in communication, are reliable in presentation, and able to communicate the reasons behind design decisions both to customers and team members.
• Value and want to develop skills of planning and conducting workshops and other activities during the early stages of the design process.
• Communicate in fluent English (both speaking and writing) as you will often interface with stakeholders directly.
• Show a strong interest and know the latest design and technology trends.
• Are capable of visualizing ideas using the main digital design tools like Sketch, Abstract, Proto.io, Adobe CC, inVision, Principle, Zeplin, Framer, etc. 

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Exploring problem and solution space and creating/refining concepts going from Jobs to be Done (JTBD) over early wireframes to high definition designs. 
• Helping Product Owners define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for digital products. 
• Designing and delivering value-driven concepts and product visualizations as part of a cross-functional agile product engineering team. 
• Collaborating with various design disciplines and as part of a cross-functional agile product engineering team to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency across products.
• Communicating to customers and the support teams to gain empathy for user problems, needs, and mental models. 
• Supporting design decisions by testing prototypes internally and leading usability validation sessions and real-life experiments with customers/Product Owners.
• Facilitating client workshops or design sprints with the help of toolboxes and principles like Design Thinking, Lean UX, etc.
• Supporting sales activities and participating in meetings with potential customers.
• Working on a large variety of projects across a rich spectrum of market sectors and geographies. 
• Guiding, mentoring, and supporting junior team members through knowledge transfer and process boilerplates.
