Services Sales Account Manager will be responsible to achieve the set quota by selling Annual Maintenance & Onsite Resources (IT infrastructure, Software, Networking, Information Security, Unified communications & Collaboration, ELV and Services) into enterprise accounts. Managed Services deals with the Government /Private Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use existing C-Level industry contacts, experience, and market knowledge to develop new Enterprise accounts preferably in verticals like Govt & Public Sector, BFSI, Education & Healthcare.
- Establish, maintain and manage overall customer relationship.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve the assigned Topline & Bottomline quota.
- Understand customer requirements, business strategies, value drivers and business operations.
- Identify and qualify opportunities and close deals as per forecast.
- Manage multiple deals simultaneously and rightly prioritize business opportunities.
- Maintain strong technical awareness of assigned products, professional and managed services and general knowledge of other service offerings within the company.
- Act as solution expert to clients for company line of business.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets and goals.
- RFP documents review (technical, legal, financial), RFP response preparation and submission.
- Secure payments and collections from customers on time as per the contract/PO terms.
