A well-established Educational organization is looking to hire a highly professional Risk Management Sr. Director who will manage the RM function, execute staffing plans, communication matrices, and set strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Sr Director of Risksm you'll be the one responsible for designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization.
• Performing a risk assessment & evaluation: analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks and communicate the framework with the top management board.
• You'll be handling the risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience. (Educating the Board about the most significant risks to the organization; ensuring business heads understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their accountability for individual risks).
• Explaining the external risk posed to stakeholders.
• You'll be the one who builds risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the organization.
• Implement and execute ongoing operational issue identification, root cause analysis, and assessment procedures, as assigned.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 to 15 years of risk management experience
2. In-depth knowledge of the Risk Management process (i.e., identifying, analyzing, mitigating, documenting, tracking, and reporting risks)
3. Experience in setting strategies in addition to implementing them is required
4. Hands-on experience and exposure to most of RM classes (Operations, Finance, Economics & Digital) with extensive experience in handling operational risks.
5. Fluent English is a MUST
6. Strategic mindset with outsanding communication skills
7. Ability to work cross-functionally & manage many stakeholders
