- Bachelor’s degree holder: ideally in Psychology or Business Administration, MBA degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in talent and performance management and policy making
- Must be from banking background.
- Possess expert level in succession planning, employee
- performance management, setting KPI.
- Career development, learning and development, talent planning.
- Has direct experience in preparing management report and presentation.
- Skilled in performing learning needs analysis.
- Competent in writing, reviewing, and amending various HR policies and procedures.
- Possess high level of strategic and critical thinking.
- Any Nationality, preferably Male
- Must have his own car and valid driving license and willing to travel in different Emirates/Branches
- Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi for 6 days a week (Sunday off only)
- Salary bracket- between 12-15K (maximum)
