Our client, a healthcare technology startup founded in 2019 is a part of a large conglomerate from Healthcare, Life sciences and Technology background focussed on solving learning challenges with Autism children.
Role: Technical Lead
Location: Hyderabad (WFO)
Experience: 8-10yrs
Job Type: Permanent / Fulltime
Roles & Responsibilty:
● Provide Technical Leadership to Product engineering team including Sr. Developers and QA/testers
● Hands-on design and development of product features using Java / J2EE including Microservices and Cloud stack
● Plan and ensure team delivers product features with high quality and timeliness
● Define and implement process/ software engineering practices for the project and constantly bringing in improvements based on changes as and when required
● Mentoring and supporting team members to improve and grow up the value chain. Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Primary Skills: Java/J2EE, Spring framework, postgresql. AWS, Microservices, Design Patterns, Agile, Angular
