Role details:

- Reporting Manager: VP & Delivery Head
- Location: Pune
Role & responsibilities:
- Collaborate in presales and solutions, brainstorming product ideas with prospects and clients along with relevant internal teams
- Consult with senior stakeholders across client organizations to identify business and technology needs, to formulate technology solutions driven by RoI to the clients’ business
- Lead multiple client engagements with large teams and diverse technologies
- Lead capacity planning and deliver outcomes, working other functions, including talent acquisition
- Design, implement and run IT processes, tools, frameworks, and systems, aligning with both enterprise objectives and client commitments, ensuring engineering productivity improvement through automation tools, frameworks, and accelerators
- Perform project and program KPI status health checks and take preventive, sustenance and corrective actions, as required
- Drive strategic account growth and be responsible for the delivery
- Contribute to addressing technical clarifications to the client and build long-term relationships with them
- Participate in Architectural, design & code reviews while establishing and maintaining best practices
- Advocate and implement quality initiatives and best practices including test automation, Continuous Integration, and Sprint Doneness within an Agile Development environment
- Lead the delivery team by example, building new technology capabilities, competency strategy, up-skilling / cross-skilling, career growth and suchlike
- As a hands-on technical leader, zoom in and zoom out to help team members technically
- Push the boundaries when working with clients who are tech-savvy and think outside the box to drive digital transformation efforts.
Candidate requirements:
- 15+ years of experience with at least the recent 5 years in managing portfolio of development / transformation programs
- Extensive knowledge in cloud-native application development, microservices based enterprise grade application development, Native Mobile Applications, Serverless Computing, and Containerization technologies
- Should be familiar with Automation tools (RPA) and use case identification for Automation
- Proven experience in driving continual service improvement
- Hands on experience in database technologies, covering structured & unstructured data storage platforms
- Experience with automation (either tool or script based).
