Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing the dynamic performance, covering the development, tuning, and calibration of key systems such as suspension, steering, braking, powertrain, and aerodynamics;
2. Lead the resolution of comprehensive dynamic performance issues;
3. Responsible for improving the dynamic performance design methodology and development process;
4. Serve as a technical mentor, guiding team members to improve their professional skills and promoting the overall engineering capabilities of the team.
Job Requirements1. Over 20 years of experience in dynamic performance development;
2. Experience in passenger car dynamic performance development with US/European OEMs, design companies, and racing teams, with relevant resources;
3. Proficient in vehicle dynamics theory, related component structure, design, and electronic control calibration;
4. Track driving ability and experience;
5. Independent experience in developing the dynamic performance of at least 3 commercially available models.Check Your Resume for Match
