Jean-Marc VANDEKERKHOVE, PhD, has dedicated 35 years of his professional life to environmental protection. Within a large international group, in France and abroad (Spain, Japan, Saudi Arabia), Jean-Marc has developed activities in new businesses and by innovating in organisations, with a constant concern for sustainable growth. Since 2012, Jean-Marc revealed his taste for entrepreneurship with the creation of a consulting company specialised in strategy and business transfer and is still active, then co-founding two start-ups dedicated to the development of disruptive technologies related to sustainable development. In 2020, Jean-Marc joined the ANTAL network to develop the "environmental services and renewable energy" activities.

Arnaud FRETE Senior executive recruiter, [email protected], +33 620 676 201 has worked for more than 30 years in France and abroad in the specialty chemicals sector. As director of subsidiaries within an international group undergoing constant reorganisation, he has contributed to the execution of the company's strategy and has provided ongoing support to the business in order to better adapt to the market. During his years spent in Frankfurt, Basel and Istanbul, he developed a solid knowledge of business management in Europe and in the Middle East/Africa and learned to work with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. Strongly aware of sustainable development issues, his career path has also led him to hold HR positions including recruitment and CSR. As a comic book enthusiast, it was the discovery of the album "Le monde sans fin" by Jancovici and Blain that ultimately determined his commitment to the ecological and energy transition. Arnaud Freté joined the ANTAL team at the beginning of 2023.
