About Us

Antal Pune’s Baner Annex Office caters to hiring needs of BFSI Sector companies apart from hiring for NBFCs and Fintech companies. 
Founded in 2025 by Rajesh Singh, the office is gradually building up & gaining prominence by helping organizations in Pune, Mumbai, New Delhi and other cities set-up or scale their Centre’s and teams. They partner with clients to help them build world class teams to expand and grow their business, while the partnership with the candidates is to find them roles to help them advance their career by leveraging their existing skills, experience and preferences. The recruitment solutions that they offer range from providing solutions in executive search & selection, mid-senior level hiring and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).

Meet Rajesh Singh

Mr. Rajesh Singh holds B.Sc., M.Sc., and MBA (Banking & Finance) degrees, along with GAMP (Global Advance Management Program) a joint program of NUM Singapore and ISB Hyderabad, JAIIB & CAIIB from IIBF Pune, and an Investment Advisory certification from NISM, Mumbai. With more than 35 years in banking & finance industry, he began his career with Bank of Maharashtra in 1990 and rose to Top Management Grade, leading large branches, major zones across India, and key verticals at the Corporate Head Office including Retail & MSME Credit and Transaction Monitoring & Customer Service. He has served on multiple board-level committees and was also appointed by the Government of Maharashtra as a member of the MSME Facilitation Council, Pune, a quasi-judicial body.
