The Antal Kuwait office focuses on the discipline of Sales & Marketing roles. We will concentrate on Aviation, FMCG, Food&Beverages, and Healthcare primarily.  

Juggling a career in Aviation was a challenge however, plans are in the process to be one of the leading service providers in GCC under the leadership of Rafeeq Orupoyil, Managing Partner.

The office will concentrate on local and international service delivery and then, with time, extend the business relationships to cover a wider geographic footprint. We are keen to share business across the Antal family and certainly have access to a vast candidate pool that can be described as being highly mobile.

With an extensive professional history spanning over a decade in the field of international flightoperations, my role involved the oversight and management of commercial flight operations toensure adherence to both government and company regulations. This encompassed closecollaboration with international airlines and the supervision of a diverse team comprising over 50individuals in various global locations.
