Based in Dubai, I bring more than two decades of leadership and management experience in international business environments to executive search and recruitment.
Having spent much of my career in senior hospitality leadership roles across the Middle East, I understand recruitment not only from the search perspective, but also from the client's side, the importance of finding people who can perform, lead teams, understand the business and fit the organisation.
Today, through Antal International, we support organisations across the Middle East, Africa and international markets in identifying and attracting senior leadership and specialist talent across a range of industries and functions.
