Antal Marylebone London is a dedicated recruitment partner for luxury hotels and five-star hospitality brands around the world . Based in London, we specialise in placing senior leaders who shape guest experience, operational excellence and commercial performance.

Our consultants are not traditional recruiters—they are former hoteliers, ex-General Managers and senior leaders who have run luxury hotels across major international markets.

This gives us a unique advantage: we understand exactly what a successful Director of Operations, Executive Chef, Director of Rooms, Director of Sales or General Manager looks like in a luxury environment.

We recruit exclusively for

World’s most specialised partners for hotel leadership recruitment.

Unlike other recruitment agencies, we charge no fees for candidate introductions, and our clients can benefit from retained assignments or no upfront payments.
