Senior Sales Manager (AI Services & Solutions)
The Senior Enterprise Sales Manager will drive revenue growth across AI Services & Solutions business line.
You will be responsible for building and scaling enterprise revenue across AI transformation, AI deployment services, AI GCCs, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) staffing, and enterprise AI modernization initiatives.
This role requires a strong hunter mindset with the ability to engage CXOs, GCC leaders, and enterprise decision-makers while positioning organisation as an AI-native transformation and execution partner across ecosystems like Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Anthropic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Qualified Lead generation and Pipeline Ownership
Enterprise Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a qualified pipeline across enterprise AI services, AI staffing/FDE solutions, AI GCCs, and AI modernization opportunities.
Account Hunting: Identify and penetrate strategic enterprise accounts across BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, SaaS, and GCC ecosystems.
Revenue Ownership: Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal management, negotiations, and closures.
GTM Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Partnerships teams to activate partner-led demand generation and co-sell motions.
2. AI Solution Selling & Enterprise Engagement
AI Transformation Selling: Position organisation’s capabilities around AI copilots, RAG systems, AI agents, workflow automation, AI operations, and enterprise modernization.
Executive Relationship Management: Build strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, AI Leaders, GCC Heads, and Digital Transformation stakeholders.
Consultative Selling: Translate AI and cloud capabilities into measurable business outcomes and ROI-driven transformation narratives.
Hyperscale Alignment: Collaborate with Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Anthropic ecosystem teams to unlock co-sell opportunities and enterprise introductions.
3. Strategic Growth & Solution Advocacy
AI Deployment Positioning: Work with Presales and Engineering teams to position AI accelerators and enterprise deployment frameworks.
Market Expansion: Drive new business opportunities around AI GCCs, enterprise AI execution, and AI staffing/FDE models.
Thought Leadership Support: Partner with Marketing to support webinars, executive workshops, and AI-focused GTM initiatives.
Customer Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 10+ years in Enterprise Technology Sales, AI/Cloud Consulting Sales, Digital Transformation, IT Services, or Enterprise Staffing/FDE Sales.
Enterprise Selling Experience: Strong experience managing enterprise sales cycles and closing mid-to-large value deals.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with North American enterprise landscape, especially BFSI and regulated industries preferred.
Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts including RAG, LLMs, AI Agents, Enterprise AI Deployments, and cloud ecosystems.
Executive Presence: Ability to confidently engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
Hunter Mentality: Self-driven, highly commercial, and comfortable operating in a high-growth startup environment.
Bootstrapper
