Job Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Treasury Back Office operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, accounting, and reporting.
Oversee Trade Finance, FX, investments, borrowings, payments, cash/bank transactions, and intercompany transactions.
Ensure timely and accurate bank and treasury reconciliations and resolution of exceptions.
Drive automation, digital transformation, ERP/TMS optimization, and process improvements.
Manage the Financial Head Treasury Back Office CA/CPA/CMA/MBA team (8-12 Years).
Lead FCOE/Shared Services centralization and onboarding of new entities/processes.
Ensure SLA adherence, internal controls, and strong internal controls.
Manage month-end/year-end Treasury closure, reporting, MIS, dashboards, and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, internal accounting standards, and audits.
Manage relationships with Treasury, Finance, Tax, Business Units, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Drive timely resolution of operational issues, exceptions, and escalations.
Implement best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Conduct training, process training, succession planning, and talent management.
Ensure Treasury function's SOP adherence, operational efficiency, and effectiveness across teams.
Oversee the maintenance of treasury records, confirmations, and supporting schedules.
Specific Expertise Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline; CA/CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
8-12 years of experience in Treasury Back Office, Finance Shared Services, Banking Operations, or Treasury.
Strong knowledge of RBI, FEMA, banking regulations, taxation, and accounting requirements.
Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, communication, and people-leadership skills.
Ability to drive automation, transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
Technical / Functional Skills
Hands-on SAP experience is essential.
Experience in Treasury Back Office, Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, or Finance Shared Services.
Knowledge of Trade Finance, FX, borrowings, payments, and accounting.
Proficiency in reporting and MIS generation.
