Roles and Responsibilities: Policy & Process Support • Support drafting, amendment and harmonization of OHS management processes, procedures and systems for the assigned region's entities, incorporating input from OHS leadership, Global. Compliance, Global HR and other stakeholders, and aligned with applicable local occupational health and safety legislation • Coordinate review and update cycles for regional OHS policies and procedures, escalating substantive legal or regulatory interpretation questions to OHS leadership • Maintain documentation and version control for regional OHS policy materials Local Works Council & Regulatory Coordination • Support coordination with local employee representative bodies (e.g. works councils) on health and safety matters subject to co-determination or consultation rights under applicable local employment law, preparing briefing materials and tracking consultation and agreement processes under attorney/HR direction • Support coordination with local statutory accident insurance/regulatory bodies and labour inspectorates, including reporting and documentation obligations • Track local regulatory deadlines and filing/reporting obligations relevant to OHS compliance Reporting & KPI Administration • Administer regular reporting of OHS KPIs for the assigned region's entities, compiling data and preparing materials to support OHS standards and target-setting • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the digital incident reporting tool, including data accuracy checks, user support and adoption tracking • Support automation initiatives and exploration of digital solutions for OHS reporting and analytics, coordinating with IT and relevant vendors Data, Risk & Remediation Support • Support regular data, risk and impact analysis for regional OHS matters, compiling findings for review by OHS leadership • Track and coordinate remediation action items arising from OHS risk/incident analysis, following up with responsible stakeholders on completion Knowledge Management & Training Support • Support development of OHS training materials and training concepts under the direction of OHS leadership
