The Partnerships Manager would be executing strategic alliance roadmap. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our engineering accelerators and the sales ecosystems of partners like Microsoft, GCP, and Anthropic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ecosystem Activation
- Credit & Asset Management: Own the lifecycle of partner credits (Azure Founders Hub, GCP for Startups) to ensure 0-cost R&D.
- Badge Acquisition: Coordinate with the engineering team to secure mandatory certifications (Azure AI, Snowflake Pro) required for higher tiering.
- Technical Onboarding: Register in the Microsoft AICPP, Anthropic and GCP Startup programs.
- MDF Funds: Drive strategy and execution for securing and utilizing partner-funded MDF to run co-branded GTM campaigns, workshops, webinars, pilots, and demand-generation initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth.
2. Co-Sell & Pipeline Engineering
- AE Relationship Management: Identify, map, and engage the top 20 Partner Account Executives (AEs) in North America specifically covering the BFSI and other regulated sectors.
- Marketplace Operations: List and manage Solution Accelerators on the Azure and Google Cloud Marketplaces.
- Deal Registration: Proactively register "influenced" deals in partner portals to build our internal "reputation score" with Big Tech sales leads.
3. Solution Advocacy
- The "Accelerator" Pitch: Work with Presales to build "Gold Demos" that showcase how Aventiqo solves BFSI risk/compliance problems using partner stacks.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to produce co-branded case studies and webinars that feature partner technology.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 7-10 years in Alliances, Business Development, or Solutions Engineering at an AI/Data startup or a boutique SI.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the BFSI landscape in North America (compliance, data residency, and security requirements).
- The "Hacker" Mindset: Ability to navigate complex partner portals (Microsoft Partner Center, AWS APN) without needing a manual.
- Technical Fluency: You don't need to code, but you must understand the difference between RAG, LLM Fine-tuning, and Vector Databases to talk to partner engineers.
- Bootstrapper DNA: A focus on ROI. You should naturally look for ways to get the partner to pay for our marketing or infrastructure.
