SalaryJob Description
- Study and analysis of consumer demand, as well as collecting information about the financial capabilities of consumers in a fixed territory (income level) and the activities of the company's competitors
- Production forecasting together with the planning department, sales department, partners
- Control and collection of weekly reports from all partners with further analysis of sales
- Analysis of the obtained market data in the region and development of strategic plans for the promotion of the company's goods and services
- Calculation of funds required for marketing activities, analysis and control of spent funds provided to the distributor for marketing activities
- Analysis and monitoring of the distributor's monthly, quarterly, annual and additional procurement and sales plans, timely informing the distributor about current performance indicators
- Search for business partners and clients
- Managing sales teams, analyzing their work and monitoring training
- Conducting presentations and trainings on a new assortment and monitoring the presence of new products in retail outlets
- Regular joint visits and independent audit of retail outlets to analyze the work of the supervisor, sales representative
Key Skills required:
- 6+ years of working experience in Sales, Customer Development in FMCG sector
- Languages: Professional English
