Role :  Consultant (IT Recruitment)

Location : Andheri West, Mumbai (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Planning & Strategy:

• Identify, pursue and capture new business opportunities within IT industry within mid senior level.
• Should believe in ‘placing the candidates than filling the jobs’.
• Develop and maintain relationship with all major clients (key accounts)
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of financial performance, business retention and business growth
• Analyze data and metrics to identify any issues with financial acumen to manage variations in the P&L
• Ensure continuous monitoring of local market benchmark in terms of competitive activity and capabilities.

Desired skills and experience:

• 4 to 8 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Prior knowledge and expertise within IT/Technology within executive search domain (Product, start-up, GIC, SaaS)
• A Good People Manager: team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills with sound business judgment
• Knowledge and expertise in strategy, financial analysis, and project management
• Ability to quickly assess an opportunity's potential, applying fact-based analysis and industry experience
• Self-starter with strong results-orientation, execution excellence, and strong communication skills
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
