Our client, a progressive family- owned business and a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium kitchenware products is seeking a HR professional. The candidate will be responsible for aligning the HR function with business objectives. Broad responsibilities for the role will include devising strategy and budget, talent acquisition, performance management, capability building, people engagement.
The role would be interesting for someone from an FMCG/Retail/FMCD background who has been a part of a family-owned business and who is exploring a new challenge!
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any specialization
PG in Human Resources
Work Experience: 15 - 18 years
Location: Mumbai (Western suburbs)
CTC: 20 - 25 lakhs
Key Responsibility Areas:
• Identify short-term and long-term human resources needs by anticipating requirements and trends
• Develop and manage annual human resources plan and budget in coordination with different business units
• Develop a talent acquisition plan to address the need for “Right people for the right job”
• Ensure TAT, cost and quality of hire is as per standards set
• Ensure quality, continuous improvement, and high performance among team members:
• Create structures for the organization to help in future strategic growth path
• Develop individual KRAs and lead performance management, facilitate annual appraisals and reviews
• Upskill workforce including developing customized training plans in order to perform task with highest possible standards
• Undertake HR driven strategic workshops regarding change, digital deployment, job design, organizational design, etc. and provide feedback/analysis
• Develop a team environment that focuses on results and shared recognition
• Develop an employee-oriented company culture that ensures Transparency, Reliability and High Standards
• Design and ensure compliance to company policies and procedures
• Manage internal communication like benefits, developments, key achievements, etc.
Skill Sets:
1. Successful track record and an extensive human resource experience in senior roles
2. Experience with Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
3. Good knowledge of compensation and labour legislation
4. Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
5. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder/project management skills
