Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), preferably in the process manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management, and SAP best practices, with experience in end-to-end implementation, support, and process optimization.
Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP PP and QM.
- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Experience in process manufacturing industries such as chemicals, lubricants, pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, paints, or similar sectors.
- Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP PP and QM modules based on business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices to improve manufacturing and quality operations.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for developments.

- Support production planning activities including MRP, capacity planning, demand management, and production execution.
- Configure and support Quality Management processes including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, quality notifications, and non-conformance management.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to streamline manufacturing operations.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production and quality-related SAP issues.
- Support integration with MM, SD, WM/EWM, PM, and FI/CO modules.
- Prepare functional documentation including business process documents, configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.
- Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualification
