1.0 QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate).
· Min. 15-years-experience
· Using ERP applications and Microsoft Office Programs,
· Fluent in English
· No military obligation for male candidates,
· To investigate customer needs with a sustainable approach in order to position internal and / or external customer in the focus of his / her work, to create business outputs and processes that will meet customer needs and provide customer satisfaction with the objective of financial results focus
· Work hard to overcome difficult tasks, even in extreme situations, while maintaining the enthusiasm of the work passionately, and to achieve this and to find ways of continuous development and implements.
· Establish trust-based relationships with colleagues, internal/external clients, and avoid behaviours that would harm people in an approach that values and respects them. He/she acts to reflect his/her self-confidence and also expresses his/her confidence in his/her colleagues.

2.0 DUTIES, AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The responsibility of the country manager covers all items/related products listed below and limited with the geographical area of her/his responsibility:
- Ophthalmology products
- Orthopedics products
- Intraarticular solutions
- All future products to be included in VSY product range for the designated region
2. Achieve mutually agreed financial and sales targets as listed in the annual budget which are set by the top management and listed in the employment contract
3. Establish, replace and manage local team for all functions of the group company, e.g. sales, marketing, logistics, finance, administration, etc.
4. Develop, manage and coordinate sales plans with highest possible profitability and communicate these to top management
5. Define and develop efficient distribution framework, also reach potential and strong new channels
6. Selection and segmentation of target markets, analysis of potential business partners and reporting to top management
7. Increase the motivation and capability of the entire local team by an effective high-level managerial approach
8. Attend necessary marketing activities and coordinate/chase all related tasks to achieve expected results
9. Build strong and sustainable customer relations via a comprehensive understanding and analysis of needs
10. Prepare and deliver activity reports on monthly/quarterly and annual basis and share with top management
11. Periodically check local stock levels/pending orders, follow up shipments, and ensure that all logistics process is being organized perfectly
12. Create and revise annual budget by collecting minimum yearly quantity data forms from each distributor in a timely manner
13. Always check customer payments, strictly follow collections and take actions to prevent overdue problems
14. Determine credit limits for business partners in line with past performance, business volume and strategic development expectations
15. Provide support in the establishment of annual marketing plans, chase field activity and compliance with schedule
16. Proactively follow market dynamics, competition activities, price benchmarking, relevant country regulations and license requirements
17. Maintain ongoing and effective communication with all related departments in VSY Biotechnology Turkey, e.g. Sales Support, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Public Relations, Quality Assurance, etc.
