As a Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead and optimize all manufacturing operations — ensuring high performance, process excellence, and continuous improvement. You will manage production planning, drive efficiency initiatives, introduce new technologies, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within your team.
Main responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the production business plan, aligned with overall manufacturing strategy and goals
Manage production teams and planners to ensure seamless delivery of operational priorities
Oversee manpower planning, scheduling, and performance management in line with production objectives
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across processes, systems, and practices
Introduce and support new production technologies and process innovations
Define and implement change management plans to improve efficiency, quality, and safety outcomes
Develop and motivate a high-performing team culture rooted in safety, accountability, and collaboration
Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals
Build strong cross-functional and stakeholder relationships to support communication and decision-making
Foster an inclusive, safe, and values-driven work environment aligned with company principles
Desired experience, skills and qualifications:
6–10 years of professional experience in production or manufacturing management
3–6 years of proven leadership experience managing teams and resources
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and operational excellence
Experience in driving process improvement and implementing change
Ability to interpret key operational and financial performance indicators
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
High commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Fluent English and Bulgarian: proficiency in another European language would be an advantage
University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
