Provide technical oversight of technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Support implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines.
Promote Infrastructure-as-Code, automation and repeatable deployment practices.
Establish appropriate monitoring, logging, tracing and application observability.
Ensure applications are designed for scalability, fault tolerance and high availability.
5. Delivery & Programme Execution
Lead technology delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Translate business requirements into actionable technology roadmaps and delivery plans.
Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and Project Managers to establish priorities and delivery milestones.
Manage technical dependencies, delivery risks, resource requirements and escalation points.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards and governance frameworks.
Balance new feature delivery with platform stability, technical debt and operational priorities.
Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.
6. Production Support & Operational Excellence
Provide senior technical oversight for critical production applications and services.
Act as an escalation point for complex technology incidents and performance issues.
Drive root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
