Solid knowledge of credit rating methodologies and financial risk assessment. Strong analytical and financial assessment skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior executives. Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership of complex risk matters. Experience with credit risk modelling or risk management systems is an advantage. Location & Format The position is based in Kazakhstan (Astana or Almaty) and follows a hybrid working model, with regular interaction with regional and international teams across CEMEA.
