Objective (The main purpose of the position)-Customer Service / Order Management
Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position)
Creation of orders / Amendments / cancellations.
Order Review and updating same based on respective change request.
Co-ordination with Planners/schedulers for material readiness.
Co-ordination with logistic team for shipment schedules.
Co-ordination with Finance in case of price mis-match in orders
MIS Reports
Skills required-
Knowledge MS Office – Advance excel, Power Point, ERP – Oracle
