Responsibilities:
•Manage and guide a number of squad leads and technical leads to make sure they produce outcomes for their squads, work efficiently, and follow Modulr standards.
• Take the lead in recruiting new employees by conducting interviews, evaluating applicants, and speaking on behalf of Modulr's strategy, mission, and culture at all times.
• Oversee broader objectives and activities related to people development within the squads and make sure Squad Leads carry them out.
• Give your squads opportunities for training and mentorship to help them advance their careers.
• Foster an atmosphere that encourages innovation and daring from your squads in order to foster progress. • To boost productivity and effectiveness, implement the process changes that squad commanders have identified throughout your squads and the larger tech organisation.• Keep informed on your squad's progress and any difficulties they may be having at all stages. • Recognise possible risks and take steps to reduce them to guarantee project success.
• Promote company's culture and values within your teams as well as across other teams or departments within organization. • Take the lead in your own personal development by proactively looking for chances for progress, getting input from others, and initiating conversationabout it with your management.
Ideal Candidate Should be
• Prior experience leading technical teams across several locations in an agile setting. (Min exp : 7 to 8 years)
• Prior experience leading and inspiring teams to promote a cooperative atmosphere and mediating disagreements.
• Prior project management expertise overseeing software development projects, making sure they were finished on schedule and according to quality standards.
• Offered team members individualized coaching and mentorship for skill development and career advancement.
• Oversaw the hiring process to find qualified developers, and created onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition for new team members.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and offered technical leadership in a variety of software development domains.
• Performed frequent performance evaluations and gave the team members helpful criticism.• Closely collaborated with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to comprehend their needs and convert them into software solutions.
• Prior experience enhancing team and development processes to boost output and effectiveness.
